Redesigning Brands

While interning at MPWR Coaching, I got the opportunity to build the MPWR brand by designing posts, creating a content calendar, developing a consistent color palette and revamping their website. A cohesive page can do so much to make a brand recognizable.

BEFORE

the branding

This screenshot of their Instagram feed shows a bit of what it looked like before I started posting. It was looking a little disorganized before building the brand. Though the logo brings some unity to the photos, there wasn’t as much consistency in color palette.

AFTER the branding

Here are some posts I created during my internship. I created a more consistent appearance and voice by coordinating colors, planning out posts, using the same fonts and making it a little more minimal. Now the brand can be recognized when appearing on a client’s feed.

Website Redesign

To match their brand, I cleaned up their website. It needed resource tabs, easier navigation, and mobile-friendly features. Click the photo below to view the full site!

Copyediting & PDF Design

One of my other responsibilities at MPWR Coaching was copyediting their articles and designing the page it was presented on. I mainly used Canva, but never templates. Each of these examples were designed from blank pages and compiled elements. One of the PDF’s can be found on their website today and the other is set to send to their 800+ clients on Mailchimp. Social Media Graphics

Through Canva, I designed social posts advertising the company’s product: advice. It was challenging to format the amount of words on the small squares, but summarizing was my loophole.
